Collecting your information is essential for us to provide our products and services to you. It also helps us to understand your needs, enabling us to provide you with a greater quality of service.

How do we collect personal information ?

We only collect information when you knowingly provide it. Collection may include requesting information by phone, filling out a registration form on check-in, providing your business card to us, or e-mailing or faxing us your details.

Do we disclose your personal information to anyone ?

We may disclose your personal information where you have consented to us doing so. We may also be required or authorised by law to disclose your personal information.

Is your personal information up-to-date ?

It is important that the personal information we collect is accurate, complete and up-to-date. You can contact us at any time to update your personal information, or to tell us if your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete.

Is your personal information secure ?

We take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your personal information from misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. When your information is no longer required we securely destroy it from our systems.

Can you access your personal information ?

You may request access to the information we hold about you by contacting us. We may be required by law to retain your personal information after you have ceased your relationship with us.

Does your personal information leave the country ?

We do not send personal information outside the country unless to do so is authorised by law.

What about sensitive information ?

Sensitive information can be about racial or ethnic origin, membership of a profession or trade, personal health or other personal information. We only collect, use or disclose sensitive information about you as is allowed by law.

We constantly review our policies and procedures to keep up-to-date with changes in law, technology and the needs of our guests and we may change this policy from time to time.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Your booking will be confirmed by email within 24 hours of receipt of bank transfer or credit card being cleared for your deposit amount.

A Trust account receipt will be issued at the time the deposit is taken and will be held for collection on arrival, or emailed upon request.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. Any quote given is an estimate of price and will only be confirmed once a deposit is paid and written confirmation is issued. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and are per room, per night. All booking amendments are subject to availability and applicable pricing. Block out periods may apply.

Accommodation Packages and Stay Pay Deals Bookings and Cancellations

All special Accommodation packages, Stay Pay Deals for discounted bookings are to be paid in full upon booking, no amendments, cancellations or refunds can be provided.

Special Requests

Whilst On The Beach Noosa attempts to accommodate all special requests, we cannot guarantee that special requests can be accommodated.

Room Allocation Policy

On The Beach Noosa has a policy of allocating apartment types at the time of booking and guarantees the allocation of apartment types, as requested at the time of booking. On very rare occasions On The Beach Noosa may not be able to offer you the same room for your whole stay. If you are required to move rooms during your stay you will be notified prior to your deposit being processed. If you choose not to accept the booking with the required room move prior to your deposit being processed On The Beach Noosa will cancel your booking at no cost to you.

Deposits – Not Valid for Accommodation Packages or Stay Pay Deals

Deposits are payable on all bookings except for Accommodation packages and stay pay deals as full payment required at booking. A deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation is required per week (or part thereof) of booking. For direct bookings, this will be debited 6 months prior to your arrival to the credit card provided at the time of booking or via bank transfer to the Trust Bank Account. If booking is made via a Travel Agent or On-line Booking Agency please refer to the deposit requirements of their respective sites. This deposit will also be debited to the credit card provided when making your on-line booking.

If the credit card provided is declined by your bank, attempts will be made to contact you, however if the deposit is not paid by the required date, On The Beach Noosa reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Payment – Not Valid for Accommodation Packages or Stay Pay Deals

Payment for the balance of accommodation is required 30 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made by EFT Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Please note that all payments with American Express will incur a 1.98% (inclusive of GST) Credit Card Surcharge. Payments with Visa or Mastercard No Credit Card Surcharge.

You agree to pay all charges incurred for services provided to you during the period of your stay. If not settled in person prior to departure the charges may be added to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy/Refunds – Not Valid for Accommodation Packages or Stay Pay Deals

For direct bookings and apartment website bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded less $100 administration fee. Direct bookings and apartment website bookings cancelled 29 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable unless all nights of the booking are re-let. If all nights are re-let, all monies paid will be refunded less the $100 administration fee. All refunds are made via electronic funds transfer.

If booking via On-line Booking Agency the terms and conditions provided by them will apply to your booking and you should ask your on-line booking agency for a copy of these terms and conditions.
All Travel Agent or Package Bookings have no changes, no refunds/no cancellation policy. Payment must be made in full at time of booking. No refunds will be given for early departure or reduction of stay.

No Show

A no show is when you do not check in on the scheduled day. In the case of a no show your full payment will not be refunded. If all nights of the booking are not re-let On The Beach Noosa will debit the credit card provided at the time of booking for the balance of the accommodation.

Early Departures

Should guests decide to depart earlier than scheduled the accommodation, charges for the unused nights will only be refunded if all unused nights are re-let. In the event a refund is given it will be subject to a 12% administration fee.

Photographic Identification

When you check in you will be asked to provide photographic identification. If you are unable to provide such identification, your reservation may be cancelled.

Check In

Check in time is 2.00pm. Should you wish to guarantee an earlier check in time you must book an additional night’s stay at the time of booking and pay the applicable rate.

Check Out

Check out time is 10.00am. Should you wish to guarantee a later check out time you must book and additional night’s stay at the time of booking and pay the applicable rate. You are welcome to utilise the facilities for the day of departure and the guest lounge is also available.

Unaccompanied Minors

All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent or guardian. If a guest is found to be under the age of 18 and is not accompanied by an adult, On The Beach Noosa may immediately cancel the guest’s booking.

Linen

PLEASE NOTE: All linen is provided. Beach towels are provided in room. All units are fully self-contained and laundry facilities are located in the basement.

Travel Insurance

On The Beach Noosa strongly recommends that at the time of booking you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes cover for forfeiture of deposits upon cancellation of booking.

Release & Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought into the room or onto grounds or carpark remain your responsibility and On The Beach Noosa is not responsible for their safekeeping.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless On The Beach Noosa and its current and former officers, employees and agents against and from all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay at On The Beach Noosa for any reason whatsoever.

You agree to indemnify On The Beach Noosa and its current and former officers, employees and agents for all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) incurred or suffered by On The Beach Noosa or its current or former officers, employees or agents arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay at On The Beach Noosa except to the extent caused or contributed to by On The Beach Noosa or its current or former officers, employees or agent’s negligence.

We grant you a licence to stay at our property and we reserve the right to terminate the licence at any time.

Our stay at On The Beach was one of the most relaxing short breaks we’ve had in a long time . The staff were very helpful in making sure we had everything we requested.
